1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotions or peak periods. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited options at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

3. Age Verification & Signature

We may require adult (21+) signature on delivery where required by law or at our discretion. Government-issued ID may be requested by the carrier. 

4. Shipping Restrictions

Amanita gummies are not available for purchase or shipment to Louisiana. Orders containing restricted items to restricted destinations will be adjusted or canceled and refunded for the restricted items. 

5. Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. 

6. Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist. 

8. Returns & Refunds (Consumable Goods)

For safety and quality reasons, consumable products (including gummies, tinctures, capsules, and similar items) are typically not eligible for return once opened. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 14 days so we can make it right. 

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us for instructions. 

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly and may be unable to modify or cancel once submitted. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. 

11. Taxes & Compliance

You are responsible for any applicable sales/use taxes. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our products.
