We would like to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and loyalty to Breathe Freely. To
confront threats to the cannabis industry in Texas and help ensure the continued employment of our employees, we are introducing a few important changes, effective January 23, 2025.
New Requirements for the Loyalty Program
To ensure that our loyalty program continues to serve all our valued customers fairly, we are implementing the
following updates:
- Government-Issued ID Required: Customers will need to present a valid government-issued
identification with every purchase linked to their loyalty account. This will help verify the account
holder and ensure that the correct points are allocated. - Individual Accounts Required for Each Customer: Each individual customer will be required to have
their own loyalty account. This includes couples and families, who may have previously shared a single
account. Moving forward, each person must register their own account to collect and redeem loyalty
points. - No More “Double Dipping”: We are committed to fairness in our program. As part of the new rules,
customers will no longer be able to “double dip” by using someone else’s discount while adding loyalty
points to a different account. This means that the 20% valued customer discount cannot be applied to
one person’s purchase while points are added to another customer’s account. - Information Required for Loyalty Program Membership: The following information is required,
First and Last Names, Phone Number and Valid E-Mail. Membership is subject to being denied or
canceled if accurate information is not provided.
New points system for accruing point and rewards:
– For every $1.00 you spend at Breathe Freely, you will earn 1 loyalty point.
– Each point is valued at $0.05.
– Once you’ve accumulated 100 points, you can redeem them for $5.00 off your next purchase.
– The maximum redemption per purchase is 400 points, which equals $20.00 off.
We believe these updates will help maintain the integrity of our loyalty program, ensuring that all of our valued
